This policy explains what information isharwal.in collects, why, and your rights. The site is run by Pankaj Isharwal, Isharwal, Bhiwani, Haryana 127043, India (“I”, “me”). It is written with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 in mind.
What I collect
- Contact form: name, phone number, optional email, the service you choose and your message. I use these only to reply and to provide the service you ask about.
- Technical data for spam protection: a one-way hash of your IP address and the time of the request, kept for up to one hour to limit repeated submissions. The raw IP address is not stored by the form script.
- Server logs: the web host keeps standard access logs (IP address, page, time, browser type) for security and troubleshooting.
I do not use advertising, analytics or tracking tools on this site.

Both are first-party and are not used to identify you.
Third parties
- IP address tool: when you press the button on the Tools page, your browser contacts api.ipify.org. Their privacy policy applies to that request.
- Google Maps: the map loads only after you press “Load map”. Google may set cookies and collect data under its own policy.
- Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram take you to those services, which have their own policies.
- Tax filing: if you become a client, I process the documents you give me to prepare your return, and I do not share them except with the income tax department as part of filing, or where the law requires.
How long I keep data
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of work done, then deleted within 12 months unless I must keep tax-related records longer by law.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, or withdraw consent. Send a request through the contact form or WhatsApp and I will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, forms are protected against spam and cross-site attacks, and tools run in your browser. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, OTPs or card numbers through the form.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 18 and I do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
I may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
