Articles, scam alerts and tools are for general information and education. They are not legal, tax or financial advice, and they do not replace advice from a qualified professional for your situation. Laws, due dates and fees change, so confirm important details with the government source.
3. Security tools and labs
The tools run in your browser and are provided as is, without warranty. Do not rely on them as the only protection for anything important. You must use the labs, learning material and any technique described on this site only on systems you own or have written permission to test. Unauthorised access is a criminal offence under the Information Technology Act, 2000. I am not responsible for misuse.
4. Services and fees
Income tax return filing and consultation are separate services. Fees are shown on the ITR filing page or confirmed in writing (including on WhatsApp) before work starts. Fees cover preparation and filing only and do not include tax, interest, penalties or third-party charges. You are responsible for giving complete and accurate information. I am not responsible for errors or penalties that result from incorrect or missing information supplied by you.
5. Refunds
If I have not started work on your return, you can cancel and receive a refund of the fee you paid. Once work has started, the fee for work already done is not refundable.
6. Intellectual property
The text, design, images and code on this site belong to Pankaj Isharwal unless stated otherwise. You may share links and short quotations with credit. You may not copy articles or images in full without written permission.
